Voluntary Sector Partners
There are a number of organisations who provide Housing Related Support to customers in Birmingham. This support is provided through single point of access (SPA) telephone numbers. If you need help using Birmingham Home Choice, you can contact the numbers below for a referral to a service who may be able to help:

Help for vulnerable single people over 25 (e.g. ex offenders, customers misusing substances): 0345 603 6166

Birmingham Home Choice is also working with a number of partners in the volunary sector to assist vulnerable customers to use the service.
