There is a high demand for
social housing in Birmingham. We strongly advise our customers to consider all of their
housing options when looking to find a new home. On this site, you will find lots of useful information to get you started.
Birmingham Home Choice is being launched in stages. Birmingham City Council customers will only be able to use the scheme if they require one bedroom accommodation or
sheltered housing. For other customers, we will continue to allocate homes in the usual way. The scheme will then be launched for other customers at a later date.
Midland Heart and Family customers will be able to see a range of properties.
